To set the stage for our battle, Thanos has dusted half of the universe’s population, but this time, was smart and targeted anyone he thought could be a threat, which includes all MCU characters. Now, anyone that had survived the snap and was vital to the final battle has been defeated. Eight people have risen up against him for revenge. The real question is: Aren’t they a little young to be saving the universe? The answer? Yes, yes they are. Our cast of characters include Phineas Flynn, Ferb Fletcher, Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, Baljeet Tijinder, Buford Van Stomm, Candace Flynn, Heniz Doofenshmirtz, and Perry “Agent P” the Platypus working together in a similar fashion to the Across the Second Dimension movie released in 2011. As for the relevance to the timeline, it will take place near the end of the fourth season, allowing access and knowledge about all previous inventions, for both the boys and Doof. At this point in time, after the snap, OWCA has fallen after being declared a threat by Thanos. Perry was spared on the account that he is a platypus, they don't do very much. Now, Perry the Platypus with no qualms about revealing his identity to his friends in order to ensure the return of justice to the universe. All parental figures got dusted, so Candace now must work with the boys to try and bring their mom back, just so that she can bust them. In order to make the overall idea of this battle a bit more plausible, Thanos has decided to settle down in the city of Danville in order to watch over his latest experiment. This led Doof to realize that Thanos was now considered the ruler of the Tri-State Area, so now he must take him down as well. Thanos has destroyed the Infinity Stones, which, for those of you who don’t know, grant control over the mind, soul, time, space, reality, and power. They were created at the beginning of the universe, and if you wield all six stones at once, you can do anything you want to the universe, but such cosmic powers come at a price. The power needs a conductor, and it will damage the wielder permanently, leading to loss of a limb or sometimes death. Thanos has yet again lost his arm due to the two snaps required, one to wipe out half of the population, and the second to destroy the stones. OWCA had been keeping an eye out for these stones and been tracking them throughout history, and they did know the location of all of them, but Major Monogram never listened to Carl when he tried to explain the dangers of them. Now that the stones have been destroyed, Phineas and Ferb need to travel through time to recollect them. The access to a time machine is easily done, since they have created it in multiple episodes, one where they travel back to the era of dinosaurs and another where Candace has to come back to an alternate timeline. So now our intrepid adventurers must travel to the same places as highlighted in Avengers Endgame: New York 2012 with the alien invasion, Vorimir in 2014, Asgard in 2013, and finally the planet that housed the power stone in 2014. Now to break up into our groups. Doofenshmirtz and Agent P travel to Vorimir to collect the soul stone. This one comes at the highest risk since you must sacrifice what you love most to receive it. An argument is created about who is going to jump, except it's just Doof arguing with himself while Perry is chittering and gesturing towards Doof’s pocket, where there is a self destruct button. A heartfelt moment passes as Doofenshmirtz realizes what he must do, and he tosses the button over the side. His sacrifice has been accepted. Soul stone acquired. Five more to go. Baljeet and Buford called Asgard because Buford wanted to try and get into a fight with one of the Asgardians, and Baljeet was forced to come along to at least try and stop him. The challenge posed by this one is the fact that they need to extract the stone from the body of Jane Foster. To counteract this, Phineas and Ferb recreated the invention previously seen in season one that allowed them to travel inside of Candace’s bloodstream. Buford and Baljeet have an argument about what kind of food Jane Foster is going to want to eat in order to trick her into eating the tiny submarine so they can extract the reality stone from her. Buford believes that it should be chili cheese fries, and Baljeet just wants it to be a regular sandwich. They prepared both options, and Buford was correct, earning a sigh from Baljeet. Inside her bloodstream there is a quick argument about who gets to drive the submarine which Baljeet ultimately won. The two boys find the swirling mass of the reality stone and extract it from her, and just time travel out from there. Four more stones to go. The Flynn-Fletcher family is sent back to 2012, in order to collect the three stones located there: mind, space, and time. Two of them are located at Stark tower, and the other is at the Sanctum Sanctorum. Ferb separates from the others and heads off for the time stone, leaving Phineas and Candace to get the two being guarded by the Avengers. They decide to opt for more of a stealth mission, and actually combine two different inventions: the ninja suits that hide the wearer from human eyes and the shrinking device that allowed them to play hide and seek in their house on a miniature scale. This provides the ultimate stealth combination that allows for more hiding places as well as maximum stealth. Candace is a little geeked out because she loves the Avengers (due to the Ducky Momo comic crossover event as highlighted in the Mission Marvel special), and wants to stop and meet and greet with them, but Phineas has to rush her along. They both shrink down and stealth their way through the tower to scout things out, and then grow back to regular size with a plan in mind. Candace will distract Captain America who has the scepter by being a complete fangirl, while Phineas will replace it with a paper mache version. The plan immediately turns south when Captain America suggests taking a selfie, and Candace decides to try and use the scepter as a selfie-stick. Cap is holding on to it, which means Phineas couldn’t make the switch. Phineas is angry about this one for a second, but then apologizes to her and they decide to just ask Cap for it. After catching Cap up to speed, he simply hands over the scepter with a promise to return it, and calls Black Widow up, who decides to give them the Tesseract on the condition that she comes with. Phineas explains that pretty much all of their inventions are kid sized, so that’s not really going to work out all that well, so Black Widow relented and handed it over. Two more stones to go. Ferb finally reached the Sanctum Sanctorum, and upon his arrival, the Ancient One welcomed him. The two held a conversation that consisted of them just talking for extended periods of time explaining her qualms about the plan while Ferb just sits there and blinks in response, which seems to be thought provoking responses to them. The Ancient One is eventually won over and simply pawns off the time stone to him. Ferb left, and on the way back to meet up with Candace and Phineas, he passed an old man with white hair who gave him a knowing look and thanked him for what he was doing. Time stone down, just the final stone left. Isabella set out for the power stone on her own, for two reasons. First of all, she has her infiltrating a top secret military base patch, and secondly, she thought that showing she was strong and smart enough to collect a stone on her own would finally win Phineas over. She lands on the planet and easily overpowers Star-Lord before he takes the stone and is able to time-travel away back to Danville. With all the Infinity Stones collected, Phineas and Ferb recreated the Infinity Gauntlet in order to reverse the snap that took out half of the population. As the dust reforms around the universe and people come back, the universe begins to rejoice. And that’s when Thanos unleashed his second army. To Be Continued...
